We invest significant time in understanding the client’s business model and goals and objectives for an exit. If we find any of the issues that typically trip up prospective sellers, we work with the owners to address those issues before taking your business to market.
Deal Prep
- Conduct pre-sale due diligence and Exit Readiness validation
- Establish asking price, create confidential information memorandum; develop deal marketing plan (wide net and targeted)
Buyer Solicitation
- Solicit and vet buyer prospects
- Schedule and host Q&A sessions with seller
LoI Vetting
- Negotiate/evaluate LOI’s and recommend “short list” of buyers
Due Diligence
- Manage due diligence activities including legal, operational, financial, working capital, etc.
Closing
